Order & Shipping

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes – you can cancel or change your order within 24 hours after placing it. After that, our fulfillment process begins and changes are no longer possible. If you’d like a different item, simply place a new order or contact us directly.

Can I update the shipping address after placing my order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. As long as your package hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update the address. Once it’s ready for dispatch, changes can’t be made.

Why can’t I track my package yet?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is packed. Tracking updates will only appear after the carrier scans the package at the distribution center.

When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 11:00 PM (EST) are usually shipped the same day. Average delivery time is 4–12 business days, depending on your location.


Payment

Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation email?
You should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or confirm that your email address was entered correctly. If you still haven’t received it, contact us.


Returns & Exchanges

How can I return a product?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To start the process, email us at info@mybelleze.com.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using tracked shipping and keeping the tracking number.

How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Has my return been received yet?
Use your tracking number to check if we’ve received your return. We don’t send separate confirmation of receipt, but once it arrives, we process it within one business day.
⚠️ Important: If you ship without tracking, you won’t be able to verify delivery. If the package is lost, we cannot issue a refund without proof of return.
