At My Belleze, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return your order, please follow the conditions below:

Return Period

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. To start the process, contact us at info@mybelleze.com.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Refunds are processed within a few business days after inspection.

• Returns not sent to our warehouse will not be refunded.

Lingerie & Intimates

For hygiene reasons, lingerie and underwear that has been worn or opened cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is standard in the fashion and lingerie industry and is in place to protect our customers.

Partial Refunds on Promotions

For promotions such as “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” or “Second Item 50% Off”, adjusted refund rules apply.

• Example: If you return the second item purchased at 50% off, only the discounted amount for that item will be refunded – not half of the total order value.
